I had this issue, but it was around the battery not being preconditioned for charging.

I had similar issues and created a ticket with the service center they did get it to work. When I dropped it off they had the same problems I did with trying to sign in. I think the solution is they had to complete a reset. I had to re-add my phone and sign in like when I first got the truck.

I had the same work done and just sounds 100% better. Very quiet.

happens to me on wifi, when I switch to cell it seems to work most of the time. if you get the error, switch to cell and see if you can connect.

I have one and it does not work well. I would skip it, I use just a regular USB MagSafe Apple charger.

Have the same issue, rivian support had not been helpful. This only happens at RAN chargers.
