As soon as you can, pay for an inspection from Rivian and have them check it. Look at when your warranty ends. Look at how many items you are responsible for and the cost, so you are not in sticker shock (tires, non-warranty items).
The camp speaker, charging cable, charging adapter, the flashlight, the first aid kit, the air compressor, fix the fix-a-flat gel. All came with mine. Not saying you should have gotten this, just a list for you.

I’ve had this issue and have had the truck in for service and Rivian said it’s fine. I’ve had it look at now 3x, I told them this happens at Rivian, Tesla and electrify America L3. The last time they said it was a bad NASC adapter. I asked what about when no adapter was needed and it still...
I’ve used the Van Nuys SC a lot. I would tell you to give them a shot, they fixed a lot of my issues. The SC with the most experienced would be at El Segundo, I know both Burbank and Van Nuys have new people. Good luck man.
I just got the Bridgestone Dueler A/T Ascent All Terrain 275/50R22 they seem a lot quieter and half the price of my nitto. I paid $280 a piece. Installation was $60 at Firestone.
