Ok fan boy. Saying Tesla is the most āinnovativeā is debatable. And you left out competition - canāt have one without the other.
And why does the worldās most profitable and largest (by market cap) car company need any more incentives? Especially when it has already benefited massively from...
They have stated "the proposed California rebates, which would include changes to promote innovation and competition in the ZEV market " Seems like excluding the dominant market leader is perfectly aligned to their vision.
Not sure Iām following. You committed to buy. It happens all the time when there are promos and people afterwards get a better deal. Itās a risk we all face when buying things or services. Rivian, like every other company, put out offers to attract new ones, not further satisfy locked in sales...
In that case, why sweat the small stuff. Enjoy the fact you will receive a customized order. A lot of people go the shop route, but you can say yours was a custom build.
Rivian needs to make a buck. And lots of companies out there have promos that arenāt retroactive.
Well itās great you love your Tesla and this has cemented that for you. Like you said everyone has their thing. The Rivian actually has a lot of unique features which as a package will drive sales and they will sell like hotcakes. But itās good to have healthy competition which will ensure all...
No other car company does this. They likely did when you couldn't test drive and try it out. And they have a four year 4 warranty (8 on batteries) so this will cover any issues. Yes some cars have issues but they will be resolved. But not buying a car because you don't have the option to back...
This guy is now being ridiculous. Takes zero personal responsibility. There are so many things he could have done/chosen. Probably only happy if RJ personally delivers him a Gen2 Quad Max.
I donāt know why OP didnāt mention Rivian forecast to break even by the end of the year - in terms of gross margin. He seems obsessed with the negatives. Anyway, Rivian have time and time and time again said theyāll get to a small positive gross margin by the end of this year. This will be a...
No they werenāt bailed out. Yes it helped but they could have gone to the market next year for more funds if needed, and if they do in fact turn GM positive in fourth quarter or close, this is light years ahead of Ford, GM etc.
Everytime I see a Ford press release I get the impression they āknow it allā but they are struggling with the EV transition and relying increasingly on ICE. Methinks they are more muddling through.
Shouldnāt have called Rivian should have called the wambulance! The AC was fixed. The whole road trip missed function looks to be a non- Rivian charger issue. The battery issue will be fixed quickly, your attitude maybe not.
Huh, not being transparent? They gave you an expected delivery window. Also, from past experience once production got rolling, they generally beat those estimates. Not exactly sure what you're expecting from them
