Anyone else having an Apple Music bug with the .46 update? Constant song skipping/glitching causing screen to freeze and vehicle initiates soft reset. Happens every 3 or so tracks. Gen1 R1T
Our Gen1 gets super hot and stays hot. 2025 Gen2 and it initially heats up but after about 1min it becomes lukewarm at best and stays there until next drive cycle. Submitted ticket and service said that it tested ‘normal’ despite us also having a Gen1 that we know heats better.
Biggest adjustment that was visually apparent was they lowered the driver side panel. It was delivered sticking up above the hood about 1/4 inch. Didn't bother me too much, figured it was just an early build quirk, but they offered to do it so I took them up on it.
This has also been an issue for us. Seems like it reoccurs around every other OTA update and doesn’t resolve until the next one. Soft reset sometimes remedies but it seems to come back.

Same. They have stopped responding to my questions about what the plan is for when I bring it in. Being 3hrs away from the SC, I kind of need to know what the plan is as it takes an entire day to get there and back.

Called again and made an issue of it. They’re bumping appointment to Friday. No indication of a known fix.
At this rate 12v and main pack will die in the SC lot while they wait on a fix. Not sure what’s the best way to go at this point.

I find the acceleration in the Dual Standard to be more than adequate off the line. Where it really bogs down is with the rear motor disconnect/re-engage. Very clunky. Can't wait to see how quick we eat up tires too with no ability to lock both motors for anything other than highway driving!
Post service update: Had this issue on our ticket (1 of many) Gen2 R1S. Service solution was to ‘reset 12v system’—-so essentially a hard reset. They acknowledged that this was a short term fix and it is a know firmware issue that will need to be resolved in an upcoming OTA update. No timeline...
