Spotify (at least the free version) only plays one stream per person across all devices. If you are logged and trying to play on multiple devices they will fight each other for control of what's playing.

This question is not likely to get a truly useful answer. The OE Pirelli ATs and these Goodyears are not the same size. While you can apply a conversion factor based on roll-out, it's still not really going to be an apples-to-apples comparison.
