I'm afraid I didn't get a box when I got the rails from Toyota, but you are welcome to have the box my Rivian Crossbars came in. It might be a little too big, though. It's 58x10x7. I have packaging materials that would work as well, for what it's worth.

I was afraid they might be too long for air travel. The good news is that if you want to build the package yourself when you get home, there are some good directions (with parts numbers, etc) on the Forum. It's very doable as a DIY. Good luck and safe travels. Stay adventurous!

The two side rails are just under 49" and the back rail is about 47".
