You should check the Service Centers up there. I was at the Portland Service Center today and there were at least three blue Rivians in the parking lot. If you’re just wanting to see them in person, I’m sure that you can find them at the Service Centers in Bellevue, Fife, etc.

As someone who has had great experiences with the Portland Service Center, you are right, it's worth the drive! Exceptionally strong service support in Portland. Sorry for the bad experiences reported elsewhere.
