    I had the same problem and phone support was not of much help . It turns out that some of the navigation/routing features require submission of your location data. I suggest you enable all, test the navigation and keep track what you can disable without "breaking" things.

    Thanks Glembi, I forgot to include that. but with the exception of wheels, both configurations are identical. BigSkies, so 700 VIN vs 1700 VIN should not make much of a difference?
