One of the Rivian guys told me that some people get Safelite glass (they can get it fast and think that it is better) and then go to the service center for calibration.

My understanding is that Safelite can do the glass but not calibrate cameras that look through it. You might consider separating replacement from calibration. One, then the other if needed.
