Do you have the cargo area cover? I've discovered that it rattles around quite a bit when it's not extended and makes a similar noise to what you're hearing.

Yes, Rivian requires validation of the email address on the new account, so you need to have a real second email account.

Happened to me here in Truckee also. Started to go out on Thursday night during the drive. Spotify was working nut tunein wasn’t. And then woke up Friday to no map lookup, no Spotify, nothing. I have mine set to charge to 70% every night. According to my Electrafy data, it charges to 69.9% (shows 70% in the app) and then over the next hour loses 0.7% and lands at 69.2%, which the app shows as 69%. I'm not sure if it's actually losing 0.7% or what, but by the time I wake up and check...
