I am debating on cancelling the manual tonneau cover since I paid the current price for it and the issues people have had. I would think the powered tonneau cover will be substantially more money and might take a long time before it’s available for purchase.

No issues. The white plastic piece can be reinstalled in the future. When pulling out the switch, be careful the wiring harness doesn’t detach inside the bed panel.

If you pry the switch out, you can pull out the white plastic piece. Then reinstall the switch.

My R1T is in service for steering wheel vibration at high speed. I have 22” wheels as well. The advisor mentioned something about replacing the steering wheel and balancing the wheels and tires.

Got it! Yes it’s not as simple as a button so not concerned over it.

I wasn’t aware that the frunk had an external button to open it without a key. Where is this located? I believe there is a cable to manually release the frunk but you have to unscrew a panel to access it.
