So on a long cross country trip home, out of boredom and curiosity, I selected conserve mode and shut off the AC to see how much efficiency I could achieve. The lights came on and off (somewhat getting dark and raining), the music did play and the wipers wiped. We also had a heavily loaded cabin...
I’m away for the summer and Wi-Fi is simply unavailable for me now. That said, I was late to the party for the last upgrade over LTE, and it worked great, finally. I suspect I will again be offered an update later than wi-fi users. Oh well.
Me too! Fortunately no major issues at all. 2024 38,xxx VIN R1S. It’s not perfect but great enough. I learned some things are expected (gaps between front doors and fenders, etc) and some 70+ mph wind noise (the aerodynamics of a refrigerator box). I like it-a lot. Time will tell if I will...
I did it in Miami. It was $295 and included a $60 tire rotation, a $195 super lengthy checklist and $35 air filter. I didn’t have anything wrong so nothing to repair. Didn’t wait long for all of this. Took me more than 3 weeks from scheduling to completion. Very satisfied. While I was there saw...
I agree with you that it’s clearly implied but the only year I see in the copied rules on the post is “2022” (in the first portion). Otherwise, I don’t see another year.
Reading the rules as stated, it appears you must take delivery “on or before September 30”. It fails to say 2024 and every year has a “September 30”. ?
I see, that makes sense, thanks for the reply. I searched the update documentation and the manual it doesn’t address this issue.
on an unrelated note-I appreciate the new turn signal cameras. While they may not be the crispest image I’ve ever seen, it certainly reminds me when the turn signal...
I finally received the update without wi-fi, happy to have it. I select “Low” regeneration, but every time I use it the default is “Standard”. Is there a way to change that to avoid the menu setting each time?
I have several vehicles and my go-to is the Rivian. I can’t predict the future but I love the SUV. My true test is if it disappeared tomorrow would I replace it, the answer is yes.
These class action suits prove to be less than profitable for consumers (not the class action attorneys). I recently was awarded 0.12 cents as part of the Google class action settlement. What a joke.
No update for me either. Can’t use WiFi this summer and my phone reception is poor. The car reception is better than my phone but no update yet for me.
I’ve had the same experience driving from NY to FL. I had no issues with the A2Z and recommend it. Does eliminate range anxiety. The only situation I have is the Tesla cord location, it’s on the wrong side for Rivian to use it properly. I try to get the end space so that there is no drama-so...
