They may have disabled it in the settings menu. I've turned mine off so I don't inadvertently open it before cleaning off dirt or debris.

Psa if you give them your card or Fob make sure it works when you pick up your vehicle. They all look a like and you might just get someone else's. Maybe they give you someone's R1S card for your R1T. ?‍♂️ And you don't notice till a week later when you try and use it.

Don't fret over not having the most current vin. I've seen people with vin's way higher than mine that have much worse build quality.
