Fwiw I have the same setup and had my truck with 21s recalibrated to 20s. I still get rubbing however it's usually when the suspension is moving up/down at extreme angles or in the lowest. I noticed in kneel mode my truck is a lot lower in the front than the back. I suspect it might be something...
Just got my air cruiser today, definitely possible to take on/off with 1 - 2 people. Loving it so far! Just made a post about it -

It's really sturdy as well - really impressed by it. The mattress is surprisingly nice as well - we will be returning our camping pad to Costco and using it exclusively.
I did not personally get one, just packed it away and it's snowing outside now. It took about 3 minutes to inflate and maybe a half a minute to deflate, it was pretty quick overall.
@AirCruiser in the manual it says to press a button to start the inflation, but we couldn't find a button and...
Just got my air cruiser today! It works and looks great, super excited for what this is going to usher in for my wife and I in 2024! The mattress is really nice and it was really easy to install overall! Thank you Jake and team from Air Cruiser/Cinch/Wild Lands for all of your guys hard work...
So some peoplee want battery preconditioning, some people do now. why not ultimately give the user the decision to decide whether they want to use battery preconditioning or not? Considering other major automakers offer it as well as an option supposedly because people use it. I just find it weird.
In theory the car is way more efficient when the battery is preheated, right?
If I can spend 5 - 10 kwhs up front to get that, and presume it takes 20 minutes to heat up the battery otherwise. With a cold battery I get 1 mi/kwh with a warm battery I get 1.5/1.6 most times.
This means that on...
Yet their release notes are different, I don't even think I get their emails and I already read the release notes? It doesn't specify it needs to be plugged in. Good for them for clarifying in a thread less people read I guess?
No - the bolt does it as long as the SOC is over 40% (I don't know if much more is known than that tho), it would make sense to use shore power if available, but not everyone has access to that.
Most other automakers allow for the battery to condition itself even when on battery - so the...
Yeah, I have no clue. Other people are saying it doesn't even work when it's plugged in so your experience may vary, it'd be really interesting to see if you can fake it out.
A lot of people don't have access to keep it continually plugged in. For example an apartment complex where it is a shared charger - someone is just going to leave their car on it so the battery stays conditioned? For me we often keep it in the driveway outside of the garage, where the cord...
This update just seems weird and it seems like this feature is broken tbh at this moment. Communications are messed up as well - it's unfortunate. Hoping there's a fix in the next update :D
Update - I just reached back out again and got this response -
A different customer service agent has confirmed it will only precondition the battery if it is plugged in. The climate on the inside is preconditioned regardless.
The tl;dr multiple reps were incorrect and the release notes aren't...
