Have you verified it persists in all suspension heights? Could be due to the suspension being lowered down. My truck isn't with me to go look but I've never noticed it, at least.

I'm 6'1" and always wearing a hat. No issues in the back of my R1T. Only spent a few hours back there but there's ample space in all 3 directions for me. Really confused by people who are my height or close to it saying they felt cramped. It's got more legroom than any vehicle I've ever owned...

FWIW the plastic trim issue is present on every R1 I've ever seen, including mine. It's just the way they fit, I doubt the SC will fix that up much. Maybe I'm wrong though - I haven't asked them to fix mine since I've not seen any without it yet.
