You absolutely can lower when in park, but you may have to hit the brake first to turn the car "on". I just went into the garage and tested it. I was even able to get out of the car then reach in to reser the ride height.

I believe ACC2 is the key qualification of that EPA declaration. Essentially it is just saying that Rivian will follow the state laws for ACC2.

Fair question, but it has an obvious answer. If you can perform an action via the UI or the app, that action is already software controlled and the Assistant already has the ability to affect it. That's pretty much everything in the car. But the current Assistant doesn't even come close to that...
