I bought snow tires from Costco last fall and they said they would swap my Pirellis back on in the spring for $50⦠I figured they meant āper tireā, but it was $52 to swap all four!
Agreed! We are driving from Denver to Saskatoon this weekend and it might require some less than ideal routing, and some camping at campsites with power.
We have the iKamper X-Cover 2.0 Mini, because it was on sale back in 2023 when we were in the market for one, and it fits over the bed nicely. No complaints, but echo @NMflyfish about the upgraded mattress being essential. The build quality with iKamper is nice, and an RTT on a self-leveling R1T...
I had a similar message earlier this week, but canāt recall if it was the same. It wouldnāt let me sign in under my account, but if I tapped to sign in under a new account, then put my usual log-in info in, I was back in business.
Not necessarily. I have been miles from any on-ramp or off-ramp, no construction, no slow traffic ahead, and it alerts "take control now", only to allow me to turn it back on in two seconds.
I've had it go off with the "take control now" message a few times, and within a second, the icon that I can turn it back on is on the driver display... along a relatively quiet stretch of divided interstate.
Iām open for whatever however the 12th is the only Saturday in July we will be in town. I donāt care if this becomes an informal group or a subset of ECRC, as Iām a member of that group who has never been able to participate in their events.
Iām open for alternative locations, but Iāll throw out Pavilion Park in Liberty Lake as a nice park, with a nice parking lot (that is only about seven minutes from my house, and central to both Spokane and CdA!)
There are at least five R1's in Liberty Lake, but I don't know if any besides @Perk are on this forum. What about @Lil'O Annie & @prestapost, who are in the greater Eastern WA region?
I'm at 32K on original 20"ATs and will probably need to replace them before a big road trip in July. I started a 5 tire rotation once I got my spare at 13K. I put Blizzaks on this winter for 4K miles, and I cringed a little to put the ATs back on, as I knew I wasn't going to enjoy the Pirelli...
Same here. My truck hadn't updated so I looked into settings and it wouldn't show my wifi network, or even list any of my neighbors'. After a soft reset the wifi started working again and the update was anxious to commence.
My truck is two months and 1K miles older than yours and I agree this is a great vehicle, and proximity locking/unlocking is my only real complaint. I also use an iKamper tent often along with my Kuat Piston SR bike mount and love getting out for adventures. i have had basically no Rivian...
