I bought the Piston SR before Rivian started selling them so I’m a little envious of the quick connect mount that comes from the Gear Shop… but you have one and I’d need two, correct?

Mine did that and a soft reset seems to have fixed it just a few minutes ago. Have you tried the Search or Library tabs? I could get music to come up and play using those two tabs, but Home and Browse would not load.

I've had my QM truck for a year, 18K miles, five hours from a service center but haven't needed one. I had pre-order pricing and wouldn't hesitate to buy this truck again. At current pricing, I would still buy it. This truck suits me perfectly.
