Has anyone else experienced the terrible wind buffeting with the rear windows down? I think it’s the worst I’ve ever heard/felt. Normally I do not run with the windows down, but when I have in other vehicles I don’t remember ever having it be this bad. I’m in the unfortunate situation right now...
I feel like we are all stuck on the solar as the only option. I feel like between solar and Windmills you could really get a good charge to a battery pack in the bed. With that power you could charge while sleeping.
I’m hoping the glass guy that fixes all my company trucks can do something. He’s a miracle worker on chips. If he can’t than I’ll look for something.
If I can figure a way to get a photo I will. Maybe in the bright sun tomorrow it will stand out.
Was cleaning windshield of the R1T. Clearing the dreaded bug guts, forgot to take my wedding ring off and my hand slid off the microfiber cloth. Bingo I now have a foot long scratch. Best part is it right where I can see it all the time. Ceramic ring is tougher than glass. Guess I’m hoping for...
I’m going on two weeks of back and forth with Rivian. They don’t like the paperwork from the dealer. I bought it out of state and the transfer of registration could take another 2 weeks. They didn’t except the bill of sale from the dealer which was one of the items they said I could use, they...
Mines always high. That being said I’ve only had the truck a little while but have used it on a couple vehicles. I’d like to hear how others do it. I just keep my gauge in the truck and adjust down. I’m getting better at guessing, it’s not like I do all the time.
First week with my R1T, I think I’ve killed every bug know to man kind. Anyone else have this much carnage on their vehicles? I guess no grill really lets you see the death cars cause. I’m feeling a good side business, exterminator. I’ll call it Silent but Deadly Pest Control.
Bath time tonight...
I could care less what someone else does with their own truck. Like everyone is saying, you do you.
On a totally separate note, please don’t park anywhere near me. ?
I’m picking up an R1T tomorrow. I’m so excited to be part of this family. I’ve learned so much from this forum. Thank you everyone.
I have a couple questions I haven’t found answers for yet.
1-What cables do I need for Apple CarPlay?
2-When will I get my NACS to CCS adapter? It’s like almost...
I love it. If you made this without the hitch pin holes, you'd have more room. You could make a C-shaped plastic clip that would go around the exposed end of the box and have tabs that clip into the two round openings for the hitch pin. You may even be able to make the clips part of the unit.
