Good to know.
My only towing experience until now was with my '13 Toyota FJ, pulling a trailer with 3 motorcycles in it, probably about 2500 lbs total.
My mpg dropped from 17 to 11 or so, which was good for about 170 miles a tank. That's the difference a torquey diesel makes, I guess!
Curious - much does your range go down towing the Airstream with the R1?
Vs how much did your mpg go down towing the Airstream with your ICE? Obviously less of an issue due to abundance of gas stations but I'm curious anyway.
Is it possible to change the color of the sidebar from blue to black or gray? The blue is kind of distracting.
Could it also be moved over to the right hand side of the screen so it's not in the way of interacting with the CarPlay menu bar also on the left?
Edit: better yet, can it be.removed...
Re doors taking unusual amount of force to slam shut:
Could we get the windows cracked open just a little - automatically when the door is opened - then closed again after door is shut?
Flashlight slots in every door, or at least additionally in the passenger door. Actual flashlights to stick in the slots (perhaps beyond the one in the driver door) could be optional accessories.

You have to wonder if this is on purpose.
3 updates later: "Uh oh we're light on content this month. Let's pad it with that driver display screen clock to our customers' great pent-up relief, and then we get to say "We're Listening"!!"
I'm currently driving a 2023 Volvo C40 EV as a service loaner from Enterprise.
It looks pretty good!
Also the tail lights do a cool on/off where they light up in sequence.
And the body panels all line up perfectly, which is nice :D!
But...

Hmm yeah on my commute to work this morning I actually felt a little queasy from how boaty it feels driving down 30mph roads.
I do appreciate the easier demeanor exiting my driveway diagonally though.
R1T here.
That's irrelevant. You could put two and two together that it was a matter of time.
I don't disagree that camera bumps suck, but that's childish for them to willfully ignore an impending problem because they "don't prefer" their customer's phone (if that's what you mean?)
Yeah... this is the kind of thing that was cool in concept, but terrible in practice. And a huge waste of R&D and BOM cost, no doubt.
I hope as a company they're now leaning harder into prototyping, testing, and iteration.
Okay! ...3 months later, come back to the forum with a crumpled truck... :p
That does kinda match my experience, getting up a snowy slope last winter: was stuck until I disabled stability control and planted the throttle. The truck walked right up, albeit crab-walking at a bit of an angle with...
