So this must have to do with either bright wheels or forest edge interiors because I live in Portland (Tigard really) and ordered 3 months before you. But, I am LE LG Normal AT 20s and BM.
Congrats on your truck, but gosh darn it I wish I was getting mine :)
The email went to everyone, it just takes time to trickle out. Some folks might not get it due to the inherent nature of email being an unreliable delivery mechanism, but this was 100% not a targeted email.
As proven by the fact that there are multiple people in each category who have gotten it.
Since setting our initial pricing in September 2020, the world has changed. Due to rising raw material costs and global supply chain factors, we’ll soon be adjusting pricing across nearly all Lucid Air models.
This change will go into effect on June 1, 2022, so if you’re considering a Lucid...
My setup (in my mind): Tent over the bed with an awning, shower, and cargo basket over the cab.
To that end: What have folks been told when trying to order two sets of cross bars. I see a truck on Instagram with two sets, but i am 99.95% sure it's an employee rig.
I am really wondering if this has to do with earnings as earnings are really for the period through 3/31 - that being said it's easy to see them giving an update "we delivered x in q1 and midway through Q2 we've already done y and expect to do z more"
It's wild because this is almost the complete opposite of what happens at a dealership (at least when you finance). You do your down payment, get loan approval, and drive off - at some point unbeknownst to you your lender gets them their funds. But you definitely have the car before they have...
If only there were devices that could be used to hold items on to the roof rack. I'm thinking relatively thick webbing with some hooks attached to ratcheting mechanism such that they could secure a load to roof rack such that it wouldn't fly away.
(But, you're 100% correct, it is much easier...
I'd put it on the roof rack, realizing that could be a range hit. But, also realizing home depot is 4 miles from my home so the range hit is irrelevant.
That last point is spot on - if I were a normal Rivian customer I'd have no idea what was goign on - I'd know that I was in day 4 of a 60 day Window - ignorance is bliss.
This all really messes with me. One of my defining personality traits is I believe in processes and get real anxious when they aren't followed. So if we're all standing in line, and then someone gets called up to the front for no apparent reason that REALLY bothers me. If I'm at Disneyland and...
But who is assigning guides? Why is someone with a Nov 2021 date even getting a guide before someone with June 2020? That's the part that. is crazy making.
Assign guides based on targeted delivery areas and order date. Then ask those customers if they want the trucks coming down the line that...
A friend of a friend got my wife an I into Club 33 in Disneyland for a lunch to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. I have a friend who's a member in Orlando, but I haven't been down that way to see if he can get me in there.
Not being snarky - just curious. If your window doesn't start until July why are you bummed? Did you expect to be contacted by now, or just wish you had been?
I was pretty zen about all of it until i started seeing folks who ordered less than a year ago getting contacted, now I'm getting salty...
