As much as I love driving my R1T I bought a commuter to keep miles off of it… 20k is a lot per year when more affordable vehicles are just as capable of commuting.

In the shop for probably 10 days. Received July 2022. This is one 4 day stint in which I had a loaner, and 4-5 single day services for some issues like tonneau repair, warranty work or recall. A couple single day mobile service appointments I did not include.

I am not with it right now but I found these from the library. One better shows the tint, the other the clarity. It’s pretty cool driving through canyons and seeing the walls through the roof.

FWIW even in “dark sky” places seeing the stars is kind of a stretch, without the dynamic glass. You can probably see some if you turn off all the displays, ambient lighting, etc but it is so tinted you can hardly see any through the roof. The tint is appreciated in the summer though.

Send it to “[email protected]” and they may put it on a newsletter, or post it on Instagram. They can get too many great images for free these days, your time isn’t worth trying to get them to buy it.

Yeah… unfortunately “miles” (or km) is doing a lot of different types of work here. I don’t love miles being substituted for battery state of charge.
