Fort Myers service center

Anyone have any insight on this future service center?
I've heard it'll be off Immokalee in Naples but I've also heard it'll be further North.
There have been job postings for over 2 months so it has to be close.

phase one of the commerce Park is just about done. I believe they’re gonna be in building five which is part of phase one.

They’ve applied for the sign and for the interior build out. Neither permit has been issued yet. I suspect we’ll see it open in summer.

3 miles up the road. This will be great. Have some items I need addressed and have Miami appts, but may push it out and wait for this one to open.

This is a different address than reported before and is not a Google maps current address. Maybe the Ben Hill is to get to the park and the interior streets aren’t mapped yet.

Fort Myers FL - SC in the works. Looks like Rivian is going to be occupying approximately half of the building from what I can see at this point.

I thought I won the lottery when Knightdale, NC opened 20 minutes from my house in February 2025. This is even better as it’s only three minutes away from my place in Florida.

As the fortunate owner of five R1’s, up until February I was always 2 1/2 to 3 hours from the closest service center and also fortunately I did not have to use the service center very much.

My vehicles sit a lot with my time split between the states, never once having an issue upon coming back. Unplug, put in gear and drive.

Being close to a service center does certainly afford you some peace of mind if and or when something does go wrong and you need them. Hopefully it doesn’t make me more picky knowing it’s so close.

This will be a great addition to Southwest Florida.

Richmond, Miami and Knightdale have all treated me well…I have high expectations Fort Myers will continue that experience.
