Got my cover today and one of plastic guides was broken in shipping. The last panel guide is also cracked. Rivian stop shipping these by UPS.

I also recieved an email early this morning (8/29) that my cover shipped. Is scheduled for 8/31 delivery to San Antonio.

Its the EA chargers. I have had this issue multiple times on several EA chargers. Now we have a RAN station in San Antonio 10 minutes from my house. Everyone that uses it even in 105 degree heat gets 200+ kW.

I checked this morning and the site is now showing up on the in truck nav. Selected the the site and drove over to try charging with a preconditioned battery. Got 216 KW peak for about 10 minutes. Slowed down at 45% to 188 KW. All six units are CCS. Not sure if they will install the J-1772 units...

It is still showing as coming soon in Plugshare but hopefully that updates soon also. Not showing in the truck yet but I sent it to my truck from the app just now and the truck started preconditioning the battery.

The techs were still working while I was there but I asked and they said it would work so I tried it out.

I went by this afternoon and tried it out before it officially showed up in the app. It was fun to finally get to use a RAN charger. Plug in and charging starts. Simple as that.

I saw that an F150 lightning tried to charge yesterday and so I headed over to check it out. I am currently charging while the technicians are doing diagnostic checks. It should show up in the app soon.

Volta is now owned by Shell. They have two DCFC units in San Antonio that require payment and both have been down for over a month. I expect Shell will rebrand and change to a paid model on all of the Volta chargers. Hopefully it will improve reliability.
