I've had it it happen twice over the last year. So it happens, but everything seems to come back online. I usually do a hard reset of everything after it happens whenever I get a chance.
I wouldn't waste your time with an in person visit. If folks have been waiting more than one year to process an amended return and are not getting any traction over the phone, then I'd get the Taxpayer Advocate involved...
12’s for me as well to pick up additional. Otherwise just holding and being patient. Wish Cramer hadn’t given his recommend for long term stocks today, haha. Guy is like the kiss of death it seems.
We are getting ready to have lots of case studies in the charging to 100% at DCFC all the time thanks to all the free charging crowd that does it. Will be interesting to see how those batteries hold up. Most with free charging seem to do that - including my brother using his GV70. It's hard...
Agreed - never said anything about charging to 100% at fast chargers unless you're taking a longer stop for other reasons. Then it doesn't make sense not to.
I get a squeak noise (low pitched rubbing type squeak) coming from the back, but really only when self-leveling when stopped. I do sometimes hear it slowing down into similar unlevel areas at lights. I have an appt scheduled for Oct. Could this be jounce lines as well? It was intermittent...
Excited to read the future installments of your trip report. I did this road trip in my 4Runner in September 2021, just after Canada reopened to tourists. It was probably my favorite road trip I've ever taken - the non-stop changing leaves throughout the trip, and low traffic due to having...
Road trips are when I charge to 100% - first leg always (overnight before leaving), taking a longer break at a fast charger (i.e. to sit down and eat), sometimes necessary when towing.
Charging to 100% is not a sin. It just doesn't make sense to do when you don't need to. That's the way I'd...
I had resigned myself to it just being normal as well. Glad to hear they took care of it. Maybe I’ll add it to my next service appointment and see what they say.
Yeah, I like this set up as well. You can also toggle the second screen to show all the upcoming alerts coming up on your route. That's how I keep mine set for most road trips.
So once we're paying for connect +, will the priority updates put us in the same position as wifi connected vehicles? I hope so, since my R1S is pretty much never connected to wifi. Yes, I could connect it through my phone - but just a pain to do to maybe get an update earlier.
The benefit of Sirius/XM is it's programmed content and you can just turn it on anywhere with a clear view of their satellite - no pre planning or downloading required.
It will definitely go across the line. I've had it do that, and set off warning chimes about it at the same time. I'm like you did that - stop beeping at me about it, lol!
It's far from outdated and dead if travel in places without quality data signal. It's still the thing I miss most from my previous vehicle audio systems.
