  1. Where are the Rivian "adventurers"?

OP, where are you at man? There's plenty of R1 vehicles on the trails. I see them all the time when I'm out there.
  2. R3 showing instrument cluster with full screen front camera view!

Would love the camera feed to not share the same display as the off-road gauges. When I’m on the trail I want to see both at the same time! ??
  3. Ecoflow River 2 Pro portable battery power station test with domestic fridge

I made a video about this exact situation I was encountering during multi day camping trips. The truck will burn crazy amounts of energy just staying awake with inverter on. But for quick 30 minute sessions to recharge the power bank, you will barely lose a mile or two. Check out my results.
  4. RAN Rivian Charging Stations Locations Map via Google Maps

Nice spot! New dispensers to prepare for opening up to all EVs. Hopefully this means they get more gov. funding to accelerate installs.
  5. Microwave for camping (draws less than 1500w)?

I’ve been using this one for about a year now, and it’s been bouncing around in my truck bed the whole time. Works flawlessly, and since it’s half wattage (700) just double the time you would normally nuke something. I wrap the plate that’s inside in some cloth so it’s a bit padded and...
  6. Hitch tow hook recommendations?

I'm using the 41.22 hitch slide. Really happy with it. https://amzn.to/482igic
  7. Quality bed liner recommendations?

I’m using the BestEVMod one and it’s holding up great. Overlanding, truck stuff etc. Here’s a vid I made: Amazon link: https://amzn.to/48YHQph
  8. How you save the $10k from not buying the Max Pack if you camp/overland and need range..

Totally agree. It would be interesting to test a lightning and cybertruck to see if they are more efficient in shutting down other systems or having their inverters 'idle'.
  9. How you save the $10k from not buying the Max Pack if you camp/overland and need range..

Yeah pretty wild huh? I wonder if the 2024 update where they are removing 60% of the R1 ECUs will help address this. I remember a thread on here where someone upgraded the onboard inverter and found it to get extremely hot while running (its under the passenger seat). Maybe most of the power...
  10. How you save the $10k from not buying the Max Pack if you camp/overland and need range..

Sharing my findings and solution for when using the onboard inverter to power your fridge while camping. Beware, it will severely eat into your range. I explain in detail in the video what I have noticed including a test in ideal conditions. My solution? An EcoFlow power bank that can be...
  11. R1T conquers Moreeb Dune in UAE

I've taken mine out to Glamis quite a bit, rips up Oldsmobile hill no problem!
  12. Some Rivian adventure content for your Christmas Day: Anza Borrego off-roading and mud caves exploring

I don't believe thats true, please link me somewhere that says otherwise. My understanding is that its recommended one way during when its busy, because the lower part of the trail is a long, one lane canyon.
  13. Some Rivian adventure content for your Christmas Day: Anza Borrego off-roading and mud caves exploring

I have these set to ~30PSI. On a big sale right now: https://amzn.to/3RedBES Then depending where I am I will drop lower if needed. I went to about 27 for this trip.
  14. Some Rivian adventure content for your Christmas Day: Anza Borrego off-roading and mud caves exploring

Depends where you are coming in from. I pass by Ramona so I top off there at the EVgo. Hopefully in a few months the supercharger in Julian opens up for us as that would shave off another ~40 miles on the round trip, giving more range for more shenanigans. I was able to make it home, but had I...
  15. Some Rivian adventure content for your Christmas Day: Anza Borrego off-roading and mud caves exploring

Thanks folks, appreciate it! Good news, if you want to visit the caves you can actually come in a different way and it's basically a glorified dirt road. I saw someone out there in a Camry.
  16. Some Rivian adventure content for your Christmas Day: Anza Borrego off-roading and mud caves exploring

Took the Rivian out to Anza Borrego for a quick trip, some off roading and exploring the Mud Caves.
  17. Passenger side lower than driver side.

I have this same issue. Above a half inch on front passenger side. Hoping it can be remedied by a future software update. I had my truck in service for something else and had them take a look, everything checked out fine. They gave me the same nonsense answer that it was due to the crown in...
