  1. How to link your Rivian's live data to ABRP 5.0

Thanks, will try tonight. With a trip to Southern CA it may be useful though the built in has really worked for me so far. So from the forum users perspective, are the premium features worth it? I hardly ever road trip. Most of my long roadtrips are for offroading trails but those are withing...
  2. Electrify America PlugShare Trends by Region: Sept 1 Update

How can you tell if your EA has updated cabinets? are there any changes on these cabinets that matter to the user? or it's just back end
  3. How to link your Rivian's live data to ABRP 5.0

never bothered signing up? Maybe this will push me over. What is the best way to sign up. Just do it on the desktop and then do the "integration" later? Noob
  4. Off roading with 22s?

Did your try your Rivian with 20's going uphill on this obstacle? Looks gnarly!!
  5. 20" Inch Affordable high efficiency 20" wheels and 33" tires options (275/60R20)

wow, half the price!! To many including me value is high in the list of attributes when upgrading my Pirelli's
  6. Sacramento Area Rivian Club

Nice!! But I'm confused!! Did you get the All Terrain 20"s ? or the 21"s? The 21's are not All Terrain but All Season and the tire selection out there is minimal.
  7. Sacramento Area Rivian Club

Welcome to the CLub!! Keep an eye out for other Rivian's and wave if you are in the mood!! Nothing I am aware of, just do your due diligence and inspect on delivery. Mine when I picked it up had all the USBC non functioning. It was fixed later on.
  8. Alexa automation tip: camera view auto on/off based on proximity to garage (or any location)

Do the routines work for you? I recall I lost functionality a while back and never bothered again.
  9. 20" Inch Affordable high efficiency 20" wheels and 33" tires options (275/60R20)

So what is the max range you have seen displayed on Conserve with your tires? I have the 20's and do offroad maybe 6-8 times a year. But am thinking that for the rest of the year I should upgrade to a better performing tire to help with commute comfort/efficiency.
  10. Notification Widget vs App are not matching SOC

I just noticed this issue. It's not a big deal but am wondering if this is due to some refresh settings on my phone that I am unaware. I am on Android BTW. My notification and my widget and the actual app are not matching % State of Charge. Car reached 80% at 1am last night. Any one...
  11. Does anyone make real sliders that are NOT running boards too?

Any reason you kept the plastics off? Would that not let stuff/dirt/rust build up in there? Granted I won't see mud until Nov or so in my area but wondering if I should just leave the plastics off. Any downsides to keeping the plastics off? It sounds like it would make the install a lot...
  12. I know the AC compressor is loud... but

I never experienced the loud noise until a few weeks ago where in the Sacramento area we were 90+. So for the last 8 months I though I had won the AC noise lottery. So now I am not sure if mine is normal or acting up.
  13. Does anyone make real sliders that are NOT running boards too?

Can you share a quick review of what you think of the GOAT sliders? I have not read much about them maybe because they are new. But the price is right for me so before I pull the trigger I would like to hear from someone who has installed them. Did you have any issue with cutting the plastics...
  14. I know the AC compressor is loud... but

Have you had 90+ Degree weather yet after the fix? I've only experienced loud noise/heavy load when outdoor temps are in the 90+ range. I got mine at the end of the summer last year so did not get too many hot days under my belt yet for 2024. That does not sound as bad as mine when it's doing...
  15. Hitch-mount Winch installed (with pics)

True, I guess the key thing would be how you tie the craddle to the tree if the tray was not meant to take force from those angles.
  16. California Insurance Price

I guess now I will have to cross down Moab, Rubicon and Fordyce off the list. :CWL: I try to keep my trails/offroading easy to moderate but it's good to know I am not covered. Need to look into the fine print to make understand what they consider offroad
  17. Aftermarket Front Metal Skid Plate Needed?

7/10 base on OnX ratings? I have done quite a few 6/10 based on OnX ratings and have not run into issues. In my area 7/10 is Rubicon trail which I have done in other more capable rigs and I know for a sure I don't want to take my R1S there. I always wondered how consistent the OnX Ratings are...
  18. Aftermarket Front Metal Skid Plate Needed?

Another vote for a front winch option and/or front skid plate. I always wondered if you could use the front recovery points to attach a winch plate. It would have to be low and non-blocking to sensors/cameras I guess.
  19. California Insurance Price

For me SF was not even doing new policies. I ended up going with AAA. But good point about the off-pavement use. I need to ask AAA.
  20. Off-Road Wheeling with Megawatt Rock Sliders on an R1S - A Review

@superfluid So what was the time it took to get yours after placing the order? The website says it takes 4 weeks just for them to go into production. But it is not clear if I were to order today when would I get my rock sliders. I've come to the same conclusion as you when comparing to...
