R1T. No, I noticed the issue the day I picked it up from the service center several weeks ago.
They didn't touch anything that should have affected PaaK so not sure what happened. It could have happened at any point during the three weeks they had it.
This happens to me in Tidal, particularly after system updates or restarts. Switching to Spotify for about 20 minutes and then switching back always restores the artwork for me.
PaaK function was repaired by mobile service today, so I was able to do some testing.
I detect an NFC signal at 13.56 MHz from most of the driver's exterior door handle, in addition to the center of both phone charging trays.
I additionally detect an RFID signal at 125 KHz from both charging...

I'm on a road trip right now through California / Nevada and I'm seeing the same 68¢/kWh pricing at RAN sites. I switched to Tesla Superchargers. With the membership so far they've been 20-40¢/kWh cheaper than RAN.
iOS may not support this. Apple is using a gimped NFC implementation on their phones and it doesn't support as much as Android.
