I think there’s a bug with the software regarding the nav volume. I’ve experienced it going in and out lately since last update without changing any settings on my Gen 2
Have a 2025 Gen 2. I was using a SanDisk SD drive and it stopped working with latest updates. Was always wonky to be honest. As suggested I ordered the Samsung. Works great and actually super small. Shockingly small!

Seeing this for the first time. I know it was part of the latest update for Gen 2. Any one know where you can see update notes or are they sporadic bug fixes etc? Not much info out there on them when I searched the internet.
Does Rivian send software updates without letting anyone know? Seems like the drive cam is working now in my Gen 2 so perhaps they sent a software bug patch?
Mine does that but it’s definitely not that loud, I think the garage is amplifying it. We keep ours parked outside, i did notice it though, but again this sounds way louder than mine, again because I thinks it’s parked in a garage with the door closed.
Which model vehicle. There’s been a patern of similar posts with a software bug on gen 2. Myself having the same issue. I’ve placed a service ticket.
