I updated to 42.1 remotely while on a trip. After it finished, I checked in the app which shows the infamous “12v battery needs service”. When I got to the truck and saw the issue in the truck at the airport parking garage, I tried a hard reset per rivian support to no avail. Issue persists...

Following up, as it’s about to stop charging, here’s how much juice was added back in. Gives you an idea of percentage of SoC I had about 18 hours ago (only 26a draw on portable charger at this house).

Here’s a video showing the number of “motions” for in/out (6 positions) and up/down (2.5-3 positions)

I tried to research this issue, but couldn’t find it. Maybe my keyword searching needs some work, or maybe few (or none?) have experienced this. For some reason, my steering wheel will no longer adjust beyond a few positions in the up/down and in/out movements when using the left and right...

I did too notice this, which I never had on the brackets for my Grand Cherokee. Definitely annoying to see them vibrate, although they vibrate less at highway speeds. I thought about reaching out to DCE but got lazy and forgot. Maybe if we both send them emails, that'll help for a redesign and...
