I had the same 8 step date and just received an email from my guide for Sept 16 approximate arrival date. So Cal delivery.

What color? Wonder if they are batching my rivian blue soon? When I was at El Segundo for the first mile drive they only had El Cap, limestone and compass.

Nope. Just received an email to schedule it at the local service center. I'm lucky enough to be close to the El Segundo service center and the Venice hub. I've sat in a few at the hub so the first mile was just driving and exploring the settings.

Have you had your first mile drive yet? That seemed to accelerate things for me.

Just got my 8 steps email this AM. Finalized 1-6 and awaiting more info before I wire down payment. Rivian blue, BM with 20's May 21 reservation date and had my test drive on the 16th. El Segundo service center Also state farm had no clue what a Rivian was. Lol. Still got my Vin assigned...

Just got my first mile invite email for the El Segundo service center and I have Nov-Dec del window. Scheduled for August 16th! Pumped.
