If you toggle between snow and all purpose at 70 mph it will replicate the thump on command. I'm sure this is a known issue with Rivian. There are numerous posters who have made service center appointments because of it. A waste of money for Rivian.

You don't need to for the thump to be there. Just cruise at 70 mph in all-purpose, hit the pedal and you'll feel the rear motor engage. This was introduced with the 2025.51 update.

A lot of these upgrades are carrots on a stick. There has to be reasons to upgrade.
