I've noticed the same, though never 10 seconds. Usually happens when going from either nav or music to drive modes. Agree it stinks, those are my acceleration seconds and waiting to go into sport mode feels bad man.

Take it in to the sc and tell them the panels came like that, they'll probably just fix it. i'm sure they've seen worse alignment from the factory.
