Looks good, but I don't understand the 'filler bolts'... Are they just to cover the holes in the mount, or do they have a purpose other than that? Did you modify the mount in some way behind?
And then...
Did you not want your dirt getting dirtier or something? :CWL:
Price dependent, for sure, but I'd love to see what you come up with! The dividers would need to be adjustable though, otherwise it wouldn't be as useful, and you'd spend more time removing and re-adding it depending on what you stick up there...

Update, it looks like HD is out of stock... Lowes has a version, these should be identical, made by the same manufacturer, just Lowes brand...
Just a huge shoutout to @Bf3 and @dga965 for the guidance and pointers. I just got the base work done on my DIY build with the fence boards and plastic sliders... It closes solidly, slides super nicely, no rattles or shakes that I can tell. It definitely needs the velcro (or a string of some...
I think this is in my future... My wife has a bunch of yard work set up, and part of it is digging dirt/rocks out of a section and putting better dirt and plants there. :D
If it really bothers you, and you just can't possibly stand to deal with this terrible customer service team, I'm sure you can get more than you paid for the truck by selling it, and then it won't be your problem anymore!
You might gauge interest before you put too much work in... I don't think I'd install it, the silver doesn't bother me and I got a full PPF (not sure how much of that got covered in the install, but still)
I just went back and watched, I totally forgot about them, they just sorta smashed the whole thing in. And the clamp-on 'headache rack'? what a joke, that's probably what busted the window in the first place... Their bricks were wrapped and unlikely to go anywhere... /sigh
Seriously, just...
Could you oversize it by a small amount and let people trim it after install? might mitigate some of the precision needed for the install and make it a little easier.
Text is so impersonal, it's difficult to navigate without nonverbal cues too. I think we're on the same page! Let us know how Spider RR does! I'm happily watching lots of stuff form up in this product line! Hopefully more show up at this price point
If you're just looking to mount, and not modify, you could use the adapters that were linked by FooF, and not have to worry about the modification... I think removing the mounts would require the plastic top to come off, just based on looking at them... I haven't seen anyone do it, but I'd be...
From what Austin says, it sounds like they'll be removing the factory mounts and using the bolt-holes that those mounts previously used. Though, looking at them, they appear to be hidden, so it seems like there's gotta be some sort of adapter plate anyway...
I'm definitely curious to see...
at $100 each, that's an additional $400/rack plus an additional supply line that isn't under their control, I get them not wanting to attach themselves to that for their product. I wonder if there's a patent on that product though, I would assume there must be?
Oh man, I watched that Munro video when they first posted it. For people who are supposed know a lot about vehicles, they seem pretty inept at points. He expected the auto leveling while it was just sitting off, and then was surprised that it leveled later while driving. The beginning, Sandy...
