    Just for fun I chatted with a Rivian customer service representative about why the usable portion of my battery appeared to drop with the latest update. They told me I had to schedule a mobile service visit to have them “pull the logs”. Don’t know why they can’t just admit something changed...

    The communication on this from Rivian was non-existent. Would’ve like have known in advance they were decreasing the usable amount of the battery.

    Also saw a decrease in range at 70%. Went from 195 to 191 miles on R1S Launch with 20” AT tires.

  20. Gen 1 R1S frunk and liftgate opens on their own

    I’ve had this issue. I definitely believe it’s related to the Rivian widget. On an iPhone, its too easy to accidentally slide over to the widget screen and “press” the tailgate/frunk open button. I’ve removed the widget and haven’t had an issue since.
