I I’m in Hershey. Gaithersburg is the closest SC but is at least 3.5 hours round trip. I’ll either wait until I “need” to go to the SC to get this service done or see what they can get done via mobile service at the 30,000 mile mark.

I just contacted Rivian service support (via chat through the app) to schedule my 22,500 mile service. I was expecting to be able to schedule this via mobile service but was told that this can only be performed at a service center. Has anyone else had experience with this?

I just went from PA to FL using exclusively RAN chargers. I’m driving home in a week and wonder if it will be significantly more expensive…

The good news is that in Rivian time, “early November” means Thanksgiving.

I would expect an official announcement from Rivian before they start charging for RAN access. Given some of the blunders with price increases, I see them giving us plenty of notice.

I had this done on my R1S a couple months ago.

They performed the work for this recall on my R1S before I could drive it off the service center lot in April. It took less than 30 minutes for them to complete the work.
