That's right. the power version before the price increase was $1,800. Crazy for a few pieces of plastic covers... if it was a groundbreaking design, then maybe... For example, the Hyundai Santa Fe has a manual cover that is functional and you don't need to take panels off, put it into a case...

I agree - there are so many home brew solutions that look like that or can replicate it, with no where near the $1800 price tag! Not an elegant solution in my opinion if you have to take up space in the tunnel - that defeats the whole purpose of it. I made one for much much much less than that...
