  1. Drivetrain screen no longer shows data

I had that happen once in my 2025 R1S during a drive from Phoenix to Flagstaff. That was early on in my ownership and was on 2025.10.30. It was either "solved" by ending the drive or by a soft reset, Not sure which now. Has never happened again.
  2. Roadtrip = spectacular

Well, I'm with SRP in Arizona and their program to provide renewable energy for my house adds 10% to my monthly bill. So it would seem that at worst the RAN chargers should be 10% more expensive than Tesla Superchargers.
  3. Altitude display wrong

Mine is eerily accurate. Driving from Phoenix to Flagstaff, it is within 10 ft of the elevation signs posted and updates continuously. Sounds like a SC appointment needed.
  4. Scheduled charging unreliable

The last update, 2025.22.30, deleted my home address. The car started recording Gear Guard videos in my closed garage. Irritating.
  5. Gen 1 Climate battery drain sitting in garage

Well . . . Thanks to this post, I looked at my battery drain last night and found I lost 4 kWh! Why?? Because the car somehow lost my "home" address and was looking for intruders all night long in my closed garage.
  6. Kwh data reading wrong, Gen2, anyone else?

I'm using Trip B as an overall Mi/kWh measure which includes not just driving but all of the vampire drain while parked, the A/C used while parked, etc.
  7. Kwh data reading wrong, Gen2, anyone else?

WELL . . . That is what I would like to know. I use the trip meter because I trust the milage values, but I have been tracking both (but using the trip meter milage values) since the Energy Screen was introduced. I have seen the Energy Screen have Mi/kWh values as high as 50% better AND I...
  8. Kwh data reading wrong, Gen2, anyone else?

I haven't noticed a difference between Trip A and Trip B. However I have noticed a difference between Trip A and the new energy screen. I always reset Trip A before a drive and I keep track of the Mi/lWh. It NEVER matches what shows up for a "drive" on the energy screen (and the trip meter...
  9. WiFi Connection Problem

I have never been able to connect to my home WiFi. It can't even "see" my network, though my neighbor's networks show up. Same messages as you, it just "fails". It's irritating. I have been getting the downloads over connect+ about 4-5 days late. It's later than that now for 2025.22. I...
  10. 2023 R1S Range limit test report: Flagstaff to Tucson

Phoenix to Tucson and back, no problem. Phoenix to Flagstaff and back??? I have a 2025 DM Max Pack with Adventure wheels and off road tires. On my last Flagstaff to North Phoenix (105 degrees) and back it took 33% (44.29 kWh) going south and 52% (70.89 kWh) going north. Personally I'm not...
  11. Non-RIVIAN shops (chains) that perform alignment? - who have you use with success? RIVIAN just can't get mine right

Check out the Evolve EV Specialists YT video "Rivian R1S - Glass Replacement and Calibration" video especially starting at around the 4:30 mark. They note how wheel alignment directly affects driver+. If you mess with the wheel alignment at a non-Rivian shop the cameras will need to be...
  12. 2023 R1S Range limit test report: Flagstaff to Tucson

I have made the run from Chandler to Flagstaff/Flagstaff to Chandler seven times now in my 2025 R1S DM Max Pack. Two days ago I needed to charge on a round trip. There is a V4 (long cables) Tesla Supercharger just off the I17 at 2370 W Happy Valley Road. Very handy. The car’s nav (pre Google...
  13. What's your lowest mi/kWh efficiency?

My service center can beat anyone. I dropped my 2025 Dual R1S for service and re-set Trip A. When I got it back they had driven 10.3 miles on flat ground, no towing and the Mi/kWh was 0.6!!! That's an MPGe of 20.2 or 1,667 kWh per mile!!!! I figure the only way that happened was they had...
  14. What's your lowest mi/kWh efficiency?

Well . . . my service center can beat anyone's low. I dropped my 2025 R1S off for service and I reset Trip A. When I got it back, they had driven 10.3 miles and their Mi/kWh was 0.6!!! That is 1575 kWh per Mile or an MPGe of 20.2!!! Perhaps they had the A/C running while it was sitting in...
  15. Incorrect range per SOC in the app

I have the Adventure trim. Different wheels and tires which lowers the 410 to 371
  16. Incorrect range per SOC in the app

I have a 2025 R1S Dual, Max Pack with the adventure trim (so max range is supposed to be 371 miles at 100%). My current SOC is 49% and the All Purpose range is reported to be 184 miles, 70% is reported to be 263 (my average is 2.736 Mi/kWh over 2,500 miles). Definitely something wrong there.
