The crossover issue (if one exists) is centered at 1 kHz. I'd be surprised if the subwoofer were playing anywhere near that frequency. I'd expect it to crossover to the midrange drivers around 80-100 Hz. 1 kHz is where midrange drivers tend to crossover to tweeters.

I'd say it's worth a shot. Then tweak from there.

What do you think caused the apparent crossover issue?

I also suspect the crossovers but I hypothesized Rivian left the original crossover when they swapped to the elevation speakers. If swapping back to the Meridian speakers produces the same result, then something else is going on. Can you run acoustic measurements for us to compare?

Agreed. Tidal sounds significantly better. I find this to be true of the mobile and desktop apps as well, even on Spotify’s highest quality setting. I think Spotify uses very aggressive lossy compression.
