Seems that QM has lower pmt than DM when prices are the same. Wonder if they are still in the middle of the adjustments or just really need QMs to go out.
It seems that the R1S lease payments have been lowered now pretty significantly than what I remembered. Similar terms to R1T now to push more out the door?
Same in the LA area code, one 84k guy popped out and gone in a day, but a few 89k variations have been sitting for a week now. Considering they opened shop to public and leasing both fairly recently, I feel like it’s only a matter of time before these start piling up.
In the Los Angeles area code, I’m seeing a gradual increase in DM large (although most has some additional options that bring them closer to 90k), whereas when they opened shop to public about 2 weeks ago, you couldn’t find a single DM
yep the latest was sold at 83,300 which would be 87k with buyers fee, same config with destination fee would be 98k or so if I’m not mistaken, 110 miles on the odometer
The post price increase conversion rate is probably abysmal as new 3 row EV options are here with similar range and features (although R1S still has them beat on performance both on and off road). I’m guessing most people who need 3 row SUVs to haul family don’t need 3 second 0-60 and aren’t...
