The Cadillac Escalade IQ will do everything you want and then some (8,000 lb towing, 465 miles of range - 480 on the 70 mph range test, 350 kw charging, etc.). I love our two Rivians, but for your use case and given the situation, the Escalade is in a league of it own IMO.
