    i have almost the same things minus the winter kit and chair. I also have: 1 Mid size fire extinguisher and 2 small can type extinguisher - It wont help for ev fire, but mainly for all the grass fires i see A few pairs of gloves, hi-viz vest, Many flashlights on top of the one in the door...
