RAN, Unreliable? Centerville, TX, Embarrassing!

Chose to go to the RAN along my route through Centerville, TX because it was cheaper than the next closest option... It's the third time that I've been through here, with the chargers showing 'A' grade on charger map, where I was unable to change. Noticed on the third charger that all the stations turned red for a moment when it failed...

Did you happen to call support when you were there? Sometimes its a credit card / billing issue. I had encountered that and they were able to get me going right away.

Have you ever charged successfully at a RAN charger? My truck had some kid of authentication issue that had to be fixed at a service center before I could use RAN. Since hat was fixed, all of the RAN stations have worked flawlessly for me.

Did not. But they had no problem billing me $0.06 cents at a time. Whatever it was, was affecting all of them, as they'd all go red when my charging failed. Rebooted the truck too, just in case.

Yes I have. All others were good, and only one problem-free time at this one. They authenticated me fine because charging started. Tesla authenticated, no problem.

Same exact thing happened to me this summer. Thankfully had my adapter so I could use the Tesla stalls.

I was at the station in Truckee one time and 3 were down for a few hours but the other three worked fine.

Honestly, I didn't get that deep in troubleshooting. Not sure. Just did first three.

Oh, they all show online before you start, then you start and they all go red for a second and everything stops, resets, and goes online again. Then, repeat.

The type of plug on the end of the cable would have changed nothing here.
