They did! And told me the body shop painted it the wrong color and they wanted to repaint it at a different shop. :CWL: And that was too much for me. Lol. Those early days were something else...

I would just tell them your concerns and see what they say, but since its a lease, I probably wouldn't worry about it. I'd imagine most trucks in these two colors all have some of what you are seeing. It could be worse...this was my hood.... :CWL:

El Cap and LA Silver seem to occasionally have this issue. I saw it on my first truck, among other issues (1500 vin) and Rivian ended up buying it back. They wanted to repaint the whole truck. Someone on the forum pointed out that with so much flake, the paint canisters need to be changed out...

I'll have to really dive in, but I believe powertrain relates to anything that makes the vehicle move. So front/rear drive-shafts and axles are normally included.

Well, since its powertrain related...got a good long time for them to figure it out...the noises will only get worse as they get older, so they'll have to admit to something being wrong hopefully?
