Anything that makes the vehicle move is supposed to be under powertrain. This is worrisome and no way in hell I keep this thing out of warranty, as half shafts have been my Achilles heel since about 5000 miles.

Be happy with your Gen 1. $50k more over the OG LE for a fart's worth more speed and a half-shaft, tire-destroying feature, plus a pretty track screen with most likely limited ability isn't worth it, imo.

They put some tape here and there on my Gen 1. Sounds better, but if this wasn’t rectified in Gen 2, then no sense in “upgrading”. That full length wire mesh is just a bad design decision.
