This seems to be a recurring debate on here that gets lively and divisive.
While I don’t recall the scientific details (if any) from the last time this came up, there did seem to be overall consensus that you will get better efficiency with regen on HIGH in the city and on LOW on the highway...
Yeah second the liftgate issue as far as having to slam my tailgate shut in order to get the liftgate to close. Also doesn’t open on slopes and sometimes on level ground.
Has anyone blacked out their front skid plate? If so, how did you do it? How has it held up? Pics? I don't love the grey color. Local shop recommends paint. $1,700 for front and back.
Just finished install. Took my time and was about 30-45 minutes total. Other than the keyholes on the ends I like the look. Might have to paint those black.
Haven’t driven yet so no report on wind noise. No gaps in the bars so hoping it’s minimal.

UPDATE: both the EVBase and Amazon sets arrived. They are identical in every way. Do not buy from EVBase. I’ll be returning those.

What cargo liner is covering your tailgate? Is it standalone?
Been looking unsuccessfully for tailgate coverage on my R1S that doesn’t require additional pieces (I already have a cargo liner).
I know some people had been asking if their Connect+ trial was active. I’ve also seen some responses saying to check your Rivian account online. I had not seen this, and just stumbled upon it myself within the Settings—>Upgrades screen. Sorry if already posted and I missed it.
