Like the idea for low traffic parking spots. But as it stands now there would need to be some sensitivity adjustments available and/or event type detection (impact, theft attempt vs. pedestrian within 3 ft) . If I’m at parking spots where people walk by a lot there is a recording every 20-30...
Not sure we can read much into that. Could have been a mock, or if it was real, we don’t know the config. Single motor RWD, Dual AWD or Triple motor AWD?
In case you haven’t called yet, there is a number to call listed in the “Where’s my amendment” site depending on your return’s status. I had to call three times before they finally initiated a review and processed it.
Curious, is yours through Rivian or direct through Nationwide?
Just got our renewal via Rivian insurance (which is Nationwide in CA) and it’s up 45%.
Ok. That took a few weeks, but Rivian replaced all panels and shipped in 2X the padding to ensure no issues.
For anyone still looking for one - I’ve inspected it and it’s all in perfect condition. Can meet in the Bay Area to hand it off.
Quick update - when I met with a buyer and we did a more thorough inspection as he went to put them on his truck we saw that the back of each panel was dented in shipping. So still available once I get the new replacement that is fully undamaged, but on hold until then. Definitely not willing to...

Brand new. Opened the box to confirm nothing broke in shipping (new packaging worked great and it's in perfect condition). Asking $1,200 OBO. Can meet locally in the Bay Area.
If you’re traveling in the Rivian I’d wait. If it’s just at home then not as big a deal.
I was 3,000 miles away from home, traveling with ours, when the first update bricked my infotainment, so it was a stressful 48 hours waiting for the fix.
Curious what the use case is for that? Why does someone need feedback that the car happens to sense a key nearby?
IMO if proximity unlock is off then the car shouldn’t do anything just because I happen to walk by with a key (or phone)
If PAAK is still working and you’re on an iPhone it’s likely not pairing because you still have that Bluetooth device setup on your phone. If you go to Bluetooth settings and do « Forget this device » for the Rivian items, you should then be able to re-pair.
Obviously, just make sure sure you...
