Anyone successfully try to adjust yourself? 3 of 4 of ours do not latch properly. Requested service but Sacramento is booked until April ?

Is it a legal requirement for the manufacturer to control since it will affect the odometer? (Over/under measuring miles driven?)

Costco holds a pretty hard line typically on only installing oem sizes. That said, I was able to chat with a manager once and sign a doc saying I acknowledged it was incorrect and they did do the install. So YMMV. If that happens you can still buy the tires there and take them elsewhere to be...

Sacramento Is closest for me too. However, I’m taking delivery in South SF due to that being my original closest service center FWIW. Was told shifting to Sacramento would delay. Unclear whether that was “any change will delay” or “Sac isn’t delivering yet at scale.”

Grateful to Steve for all his help so far. He’s been super responsive and excellent the whole way.

Guide aside last Wednesday, chatted Friday. Confirmed on the call and immediately assigned a VIN. Being shipped from Normal (said via truck with est. 4-5 business days to south SF service center). However, today said won't arrive until well after that so we'll see ?‍♂️.

Does delivery address have any bearing on where the car registration is processed etc.? I guess living in IL it wouldn’t be a problem but for those in other states would this delay proper processing?

I chatted with support an hour and a half ago and they said they "reviewed my timeline, confirmed it wasn't sent, and would look into it as soon as they can with their leads." Hoping they get our batch out before too long.

Have 2 reinstated orders and nothing yet. Anyone with multiple reinstated receive the email yet? Makes sense we are the last batch but time is getting tight.
