OPs note gives me the impression, the issue is a bad hire not insufficient training. If the OP as an untrained individual without a checklist could identify the problems and point it to the tech and still get it back with issues, that service center will be serving a lot of unhappy owners...

They need to make an effort to get it right out of the factory. It looks like if you have to get it fixed, it may be a crapshoot pending competency at your particular service center.

If the depth works, I may try to remove my third row seat to accommodate a full size. I know for most people third row seat is more important but even my second row get used only a few times a year.

A nice surprise that would make my day, would be if the raised floor could accommodate a full size spare. I am fairly sure the diameter would be a problem but a man can dream.

although batteries fail all the time, a 12V battery is not a complicated piece and this one is new. There are other pieces interacting with the battery that could have failed and I think that is a more likely case here. Can't wait to see what the technicians find out.

I hear people losing traction even with these limitations. I guess with 7000 Ib if they let it loose, you may not get that much more acceleration but end up needing new tires a lot sooner. They probably have to make tires wider. When did 3 seconds become slow?

I can see that to become a problem for Rivian if user does not have the option to keep the content offline.

I dislike the exterior of Pro a bit less and like the smaller landscape display more. I just don’t get all EVs commitment to crossbar. Not a big fan of the one on Rivian either.

I love it when one machine spies on another. Is the video backed up to the cloud? Can you turn it off? If you wipe off the WiFI connection, does it still wake up?
