My measurements were consistent with yours. I’m a little unclear about all of what Factor 55 offers, but pretty sure anything with a true width of 3.125” won’t work.

Forget the comment about the cotter pin as it is a locking pin, but if it is really only 3 1/8" width, I think it would be too short.
